NextMove CRM is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others except as disclosed in this statement. NextMove CRM collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Customer Data

The privacy, security, and integrity of our customers’ data are our highest priority. Therefore, we will not sell, rent, or trade any contact or account data stored in your NextMove CRM account. Information stored by customers in their NextMove CRM account is available only to members of the customer’s organization that are authorized to access the information.

Registration

In order to use this Web site, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site in which they have expressed interest.

Orders

We request information from the user on our order form or on the Subscription Agreement entered into between NextMove CRM and the customer. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customers’ orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user. For more information on Subscription Agreements and contracts, please click here to contact our sales department.

Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information of users while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates, except for cookies created when a user has elected to have their Company Login and User Login remembered. By setting a login cookie, the user would not have to enter this information more than once, saving time by only needing to enter their password each time they return to our site rather than the complete login information. If a user has turned cookies off, the user will not be able to use registered areas of the site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.

Log Files

Non-personally identifying information about our visitors is tracked in our log files. We use this information to analyze trends and administer the site. The following information is gathered in the log files: IP address, referring URL, time zone, browser type, operating system, files accessed, and errors generated. All this information is gathered and used only by NextMove CRM to help us analyze usage and trends to improve our application.

Links

This Web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that NextMove CRM is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of every Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected on NextMoveCRM.com

Security

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, the information is protected both online and offline.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the most current version of TLS (currently 1.2).  This site no longer supports non-encrypted connections and will force encryption for all visitors.

While we use TLS encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that are used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

Special Offers

We send all new users a welcome email to verify their Company Login, User Login, and User Password. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, and special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we present them with the option to receive these types of communications.

Site and Service Updates

We also send each user both site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with each user to provide requested services and regarding issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correcting/Updating Personal Information

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes, or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update, or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. This can usually be done in the user’s profile or by contacting NextMove CRM customer Support Services.

Opt-in Email

Our users are given the opportunity to opt in to having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for the information. For example, our registration form has an opt-in mechanism so users who sign up to use our service and want to receive marketing material can add their email address to our lists.

Users who no longer wish to receive promotional materials from NextMove CRM may opt out of receiving these communications by following the unsubscribe directions in the footer of the communication.

Notification of Changes

Changes to our privacy policy will be posted on our home page so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by email. Users will have a choice as to whether we may use their information in this manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
